How long will it take to get my order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We offer several payment options for your convenience. We accept payments from debit or credit cards - American Express, Discover, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, as well as payments made by PayPal and Apple Pay.
My discount code didn´t work. Why?
Firstly, check that you’re entering the discount code exactly as it appears. Secondly, please be aware that you cannot combine discount codes. You can only use one discount code in each individual order. If it’s still not working, please email us at info@rubyandluna.com and our team will be able to advise you further.

What are the shipping fees and delivery timeline?
Secured Shipping (US)
We offer Free Shipping on all US orders. The shipping fee is $5 if the order value is less than $100.
Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing before your order ships.
Shipping takes up to 10 business days.
International Secured Shipping
We offer Free Shipping on all international orders over $100.
The shipping fee is $10 if the order value is less than $100.
For International Shipping, please allow 15-20 business days for delivery.

Can i cancel my order?
Kindly note that our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. Contact us within 24 hours if you want to cancel your order. Past 24 hours, we are not able to cancel the order. In this case, your next option would be to send your pieces back and get a refund.
I need to change something on my order. How can i do that?
If you want to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order is processed and shipped out, we are unable to make any changes.
Where is my order confirmation?
If you do not receive an email from Ruby & Luna within a few hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder. Alternatively, the email address on file might be spelled incorrectly. If you still need assistance, please contact us!
There is an item missing from my order. Why?
Don´t worry. We have multiple warehouses and suppliers around the world, so different products/items can arrive at different times.

What is your Lifetime Warranty?
Every handcrafted Ruby & Luna piece comes with our Lifetime Warranty. This means that from the date of purchase, we´ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Just reach out to us with a photo and description of the issue and we´ll send you a replacement.
We work with top manufacturers to create handcrafted jewelry that is made to last. The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Ruby & Luna.
