This means that from the date of purchase, we´ll take care of your product if any damage to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry occurs. Just reach out to us with a photo and description of the issue and we´ll send you a replacement.
We work with top manufacturers to create handcrafted jewelry that is made to last. The warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Ruby & Luna.
